TBT to my Fanny Pack design from 4 years ago. I loved this design, and still use mine to hold cash when I'm doing craft shows. I knew then that Fanny Packs were making a comeback, but I'm still surprised at just how popular they've become. This month is #MeMadeMay. It's a month long celebration of handmade clothing. People participate in lots of different ways, including wearing clothing they've made themselves, or challenging themselves to make new clothing. Last year I wore at least one piece of #memade clothing everyday for the entire month! ✂️ This May has been considerably colder, so I haven't been dipping into my handmade wardrobe as much (it consists of a lot of linen, dresses, and linen dresses). Instead I think this weekend I'm going to do a closet audit, and see if there's any holes in my wardrobe, or pieces that need an update. I had so much fun working on this collaboration with @jackiedrinkscoffee. Jackie's playful drawing style is quite a departure from my minimal aesthetic, but the two paired together beautifully. It's inspired me to start drawing again, and maybe even do some more printed pieces. Bonus: Jackie is an all around cool person, and lots of fun to hang out with.
