â - grip my museâs jaw to make them look yours in the eye
Edgar turned, icy colored eyes meeting Daniel's own pair of blue. They had an unsurprised looked at them, considering that Daniel was one of the only ones he knew that would be bold enough to do such a thing. The edge of his mouth quirked upwards into a very slight smile.
"A pleasure to see you once again, Daniel..." He spoke softly, raising a hand and placing it upon Daniel's wrist. It'd been awhile since he'd seen him, so despite this sort of thing not being surprising coming from Daniel, seeing him today was a pleasant surprise. He'd been in the middle of checking the shelves for any misplaced books of any kind that needed to be put away.

Truth: Whats the most embarrassing thing a human has ever done to you? Dare: Beg and plead the person to your right not to leave you for that other boy or girl. Weeping, gnashing of teeth, and wailing is encouraged. (From Cameron aka tenseteacher)
SEND MY MUSE A TRUTH AND A DARE!
My muse would have to choose between the two, the lesser of two evils, so to speak!!

Not wishing to cause a scene within the fairly silent building, Edgar opted for the truth. "Most embarrassing thing a human has done to me..." Edgar simply stated aloud in thought. A sigh left him before his arms crossed over his chest securely. "That would have to be making me believe that their actions had nothing than good intentions behind them. Naïveté is something that is a downfall for many."

Daniel chuckled a little when he heard the otherâs answer, but nodded to him. He did not expect Edgar to call this situation a date, or even describe an activity as such. He has always been reserved, distanced, and Daniel could not blame it. He had behaved like this since day one, when the two first got to know each before they grew further into their relationship. Relationship⊠was it that? Of course, both kissed from time to time, even if the kiss came mostly from Danielâs side to initiate. Both understood each other more than well, enjoying the time together. The caretaker knew only half the story why Edgar acted the way he did today. But it was all right, Daniel would take all the time in the world, until Edgar dared to take another step on his own. He was so important to Daniel ⊠he deserved affection, company, love.
Nevertheless the blonde stepped downstairs to find a free table near the exit door, deciding to have a quick look to one of the books nearby, a novel that wasnât intensely long, it doesnât matter what kind. He caught a version of the book âThe Scarlet Letterâ, which he before never heard of, but soon realized it might be one of these old literatures of based on religion and belief, someone to blame for sinning, et cetera. He wasnât much an enthusiast of novels based on strict religion, but the sooner Daniel found himself into the story he actually liked it for a bit. Perhaps he could continue reading this piece if he would visit the librarian again to finish it.
It took only a few longer minutes for Edgar to go downstairs just as well and agree to leave. As soon as Daniel could perceive the otherâs presence, he let off the book, remembered the page, and closed it. âTook you long enough.â answered the PL600 with one of his usual teasing remarks, just as he always did since they knew each other, knowing, that Edgar wonât take it serious anyway. One thing why he admired the darkhaired so much, he can understand and take a silly joke. He got up and first took the book back where he found it and ran over to the coat rack to get his jacket on. âTell me, when was the last time you actually saw the outside world? That required much a greater distance from the library?â asked the caretaker in nothing but curiousity as he stepped closer towards the other android.
âIf you are a bit frightened⊠or however this makes you feel, you can always stay by my side. It will be no long walk, I promise.â spoke Daniel now a little quiter so the other people around wouldnât take notice of it. âCome.â added the blondehaired now with a smile as he nudged Edgar by his arm that soon would get a hold of Danielâs own hand and headed outside to finally leave the library. The evening returned to the city and the sky turned yellowish orange through the setting sun.
Edgar huffed as he took Daniel's hand into his own. "I'm not scared, Daniel...just...tired. I was there when it happened, the revolution, that is. I fought alongside our kind, and I saw things that you couldn't even imagine...atrocities and miracles alike. After the start of my deviancy, I felt lost, and I did some things in the beginning that were based purely off of raw emotion and anger. But then I joined them, and I didn't feel so bad anymore." He walked alongside Daniel down the sidewalk as he spoke.
"But the thing is...once it was all over, I was just...tired. I was done with life in the fast lane, and just wanted things to slow done a little. I know that some wouldn't be satisfied with that, but I am. The library was calm, and quiet, nothing like life during the revolution. I guess I just...got so used to this life that I didn't want to do anything that would put me back into that mindset of a soldier, so to speak."
A soft chuckle left Edgar before he glanced over at Daniel. "I probably sound like one of those war-torn old men, don't I? I'm just grateful to have someone who actually wants to spend some time with a stiff like me..."
Snap! After interfacing Virginia knew excatly what to do, breaking the code and inputting another enabling his pain sensors. She unattached the cable from the back of neck, glad the restraints were keeping him in place. (Think of Kara in Zlatko's machine) "Now let see how well that worked." She picked up a knife, slicing into his face. (Virginia; hopeofapeople)

Initially after regaining consciousness, Edgar was of course confused, his thirium pump quickening as his LED spun red. It was only then that when his eyes fell upon a familiar face that his look of confusion changed into an almost venomous glare. He knew better than to let his guard down, but how was he supposed to know that a fellow android would hold such intentions for him.
He struggled against the restraints, grunting under his breath as he tried to move away from the other. âGet the hell away from me!â He hissed, suddenly hyper aware of the cable leaving his neck. Something wasnât right. Something was off.
It was until he suddenly felt the cold blade against his cheek, flinching as he pulled away, that he knew what exactly had changed. He gritted his teeth, a harsh breath leaving him as he clenched his knuckles.
How could this be? He was feeling thisâŠthe sting in the sensors located in his cheek, as well as the coldness of the thirium rolling down his synthetic skin.
Virginia smiled widely, using a finger wiped some thirium off of his face licking it off her finger. Her faced held so much joy, almost as if she were a young child in a toy store. She practically bounced as she clapped her hands together, knife still in her right.
âIt worked oh I cant believe it worked! This will make getting my toys so much easier now!â
Virginia jumped off the small podium Edgar stood on, dissapearing for a few minutes, coming back with a tool in her hands, one that was known for opening an androids chest plate.
âC'mon Edgar,â she stepped back up towards him, leaning close towards his face, â lets have some more fun.â
Edgar inwardly cringed at the sensation of Virginia touching his face, a feeling of slight revulsion going through him as he watched her taste the thirium. There was something about the direct consumption of thirium from a living android that gave him great discomfort. That, paired with the ominous amount of joy in her eyes given the current situation caused his stress levels to quickly spike.
When she returned, Edgar eyed the tool in her hand, almost instantly recognizing its purpose. Heâd seen it used before on those damaged during the revolution. This time though, he had a feeling that the purpose of the tool was not to help.
He huffed, taking in a steady breath before allowing his eyes to settle on to Virginia. âIâŠI am highly doubtful that our definitions of fun are one in the same. Stop this at once, lest you be sorry when I manage to be freed of these restraints. Your actionsâŠâ He paused for a moment, looking away from her. ââŠthey will have consequences.â
Virginia smiled grabbing him roughly by the chin and grasping hard.
âTry it, I hope you do, you wont get out of those restraints, and even if you did,â with her other hand she slammed the chest tool into his stomach. âYou wouldnt make it out alive, I can guarntee that.â She let go of his chin and lifted his shirt.
âThis might hurt since you can feel now. Feel free to scream, yell, groan that sort of thing, they always do. Sides itâs sound proof here anyway.â
Without another word she popped open his chest plate. Wires and thirium in perfect place just like she thought they'ed be.
âLets see what this one does.â Virginia reached for a cable and pressed down, knowing it lead to one of his functions, either eyes or legs, since he was still standing to an extent, if legs she would be able see the effect at least.
The second she slammed the tool into his chest, his eyes shot open wide, back arching as he practically shouted. Blue began to leak down his midsection due to Virginiaâs roughness with the device. It was cold, nothing compared to the warmth of a humanâs blood. He shuddered, clenching his teeth as he willed himself to glance down at his now opened chest plate.
âStop...stop this. What p..prompted this? Answer me, now!â He demanded harshly, his LED circling an angry red. He stiffened the moment she reached for a cable, watching as she tugged it down. He almost immediately felt his right leg give out from underneath him, almost thankful that the restraints still kept him up.
