A little something for the Robotic Uprising. Uniforms were issued and I couldn’t resist. As indicated, this is the formal uniform. The field uniform is found here, although it’s altered to Enker’s preferences. However, there is no way Saturn’s wearing the field uniform. He’s too spiffy for it, he says.
The city was in a panic. Though one couldn't really tell as, despite the fact that the Uprising managed to strike terror into the hearts of the people in less than twenty minutes and completely negate the city's hero to do anything at the same time, the streets were clear. Gemini didn't understand what Metal was trying to do here. Gemini was normally pretty good at figuring these things out, determining motives and the like. Yet...Metal was an enigma. He couldn't even begin to guess what that man was after. The damage was restricted to airports and subways, simply to prevent access to the city. A wall was being built around them as the spoke and there just wasn't the manpower to stop all of it. In a matter of days they'd be completely trapped, and the one person who they thought they could turn to was useless.
Not only that, but apparently Shadowman dropped everything and leaped immediately to Metal's side like a loyal lapdog. He grumbled as he sat on the fence outside of Light Labs. Even Gemini didn't know why he was there. Yea, he was a Lightbot before Wily kidnapped him, completely rebuilt him in appearance and function, but it's not like he ever knew the man before. He sighed and closed his eyes to think, but snapped them open as he heard movement to his left.
With a nimble flip, he hopped off the fence and landed inside the property of Light labs, looking in the direction he heard the movement. A lone figure approached, long black hair loose around his shoulders, garbed in dark green. Gemini had to squint slightly to recognize the man.
“Snake...” He breathed, taking an involuntary step back. Snake smiled a fanged smile and stopped on the other side of the fence, not passing it. Since he was closer, Gemini could see that the Robot master was wearing some kind of military uniform, a dark green with many pockets, and a long sleeved jacket of the same make. On his breast was a badge, a simple chrome covered triangle, in the middle of the metallic item was a round image of red, blue, and silver. It took a moment for Gemini to recognize it.
“You too...?” He asked, taking another step back. “You've also signed up to be Metalman's lapdog?” Snake chuckled.
“You make it sound like it only just happened, brother.” The man replied. “I've always been a part of the Uprising. No one ever bothered to care, though. Not even you. Though, you don't care about much, do you?” Gemini didn't validate that with a response, which led Snake to smile again.
“What the hell do you want, serpent? Metal made it clear that this place is safe from Uprising attack.”
“I'm not here to fight you or anyone else, Gemini. I'm here with a proposition.”
“What?” Gemini was thrown for a moment, but quickly deduced what Snake was after. “No. Absolutely not.”
“You haven't even heard me out yet.”
“I don't care, I want nothing to do with you or the Uprising.” Snake frowned at Gemini's words.
“Truly? You would forsake your brothers? You, Shadowman, and I. We're designed to be triplets. Three of a kind. We would be if you didn't bleach your hair.”
“Fuck you both! I never asked to be you or anyone's brother!”
“So why are you here, Geminiman? Here, safely in the arms of Dr. Light?” Snake asked calmly. “You could have done all sorts of other things. Stay in your home and keep out of it. Go try to bust dad out. Join us. But yet...you came straight here. Can you tell me why?” Gemini stood in silence. “You don't even know yourself, do you? You're a Wily, Gemini. Face it, you're one of us. You're the third piece to our group. Together, think of what we can help achieve!”
“Go away, Snakeman. I am NOT a Wily. I never was. I am not your triplet, either. This face is not my own and you know that. I was not Geminiman at creation. I was Garrion, a miner bot. A Lightbot, until Wily came around, changed my name, my face; my purpose and history.”
“You're always going on about how perfect you are. Are you going back on that?” Snake challenged. “Will you, the great narcissist, honestly go back on everything you've said?”
“I don't know. I was Garrion, now I'm Geminiman. I was a Lightbot. Now I'm supposedly a Light.” Gemini paused. “I choose the third option.”
“Huh?”
“I am me. I will be who I choose to be. I am no one's son. I am no one's brother. I am simply here.”
Snake scoffed lightly. “Alright then. What will it be? We have a place for you, Gemini. Even if you do forsake us as your brothers in the traditional sense. We are still both robots, oppressed under the heel of humanity. Will you come with us and fight for equality? Or will you stay here and help defend this broken system?”
“I will do what I want and apologize to no one.” Gemini replied simply. “Equality between humans and robots would be nice. But this isn't the way to do it, Snake.”
“If you are not with us, Gemini. Then you are against us.” Snake threatened.
“Then I guess next time we meet, we're enemies. Goodnight, Snakeman.” With that, Gemini turned and began to walk back to the Light labs building, Snake shouting after him.
“You're making a mistake, Gemini! You're a fool!”
“I suppose I am.” Gemini muttered to himself before stepping into the house, closing the door on Snake, and the entire Wily name.

Oh, for those of you wondering:
Lilax, Ken, and Mouse are the Admin and Co-admins respectivly. Riffles is one of the more active players and all really friendly.
And a little crazy. We've been boxed up in one room for 3 years, we're running out of sane topics.
Could you guys please not tag all of your posts as Megaman/Rockman? It will end up flooding the tag pages and only 100 show at any given time. It ends up being spam more than anything. "Rockman RP" or "Megaman RP" seem way more appropriate.
Sorry abut that! It didn't occur to me watching tags had a display limit. I'll adjust things so only artwork and fanfiction gets tagged that way. Thanks for not being a jerk about it.
The blog will be receiving a lot of updates, so if it's doing something funky, bear with us, as we're just experimenting. and totally not freaking out because I don't know what I just did.
Anyway, I went ahead and added a shortcut to the unclaimed characters list for ease of access, so yay!
This is the first post for the Tumblr page of the Robotic Uprising, a Classic Megaman RP site that is currently accepting members with a plot that is in full swing! We're all very friendly and jovial people!
