If you rp smut, remember that 17 is the age of consent in the US and that tumblr is an US domain. Meaning if you rp smut someone under 17 and their family finds out, congratulations, you’ve now created porn with a minor and are now a sexual offender.

You really can’t make an argument you didn’t know their age when most of us freely admit to our age in posts (ie talking about being a junior in HS etc) unless you truly don’t know how old they are.
