My Personal Experience Testing the Best Robot Vacuums Under $200
Over the past few months, I went on a mission to test and compare the top robot vacuums under $200. I wanted something affordable, but still effective — and let me tell you, I was surprised by how far budget models have come in 2025.
Here’s my honest experience with each one I tested:
1. Eufy 11S Max – Quiet Powerhouse
This was the first vacuum I tried, and I honestly didn’t expect much at this price. But wow — the BoostIQ feature kicked in on carpets and really picked up everything. I have a few low couches, and its ultra-slim design (2.85") fit underneath like a dream.
What I liked most? It’s so quiet I could actually take phone calls while it was cleaning.
✅ Best for: Quiet performance, suction power, and apartments with low furniture.
2. ILIFE V3s Pro – Pet Hair Savior
I have a Golden Retriever. That means fur, everywhere. The ILIFE V3s Pro doesn’t have a brush roller — instead, it uses direct suction, which made a huge difference. No more detangling clumps of fur. It’s not smart, but it gets the job done.
✅ Best for: Homes with pets, especially if you’re tired of hair getting tangled in rollers.
3. Roomba 692 – Smart, But a Bit Loud
I loved using the iRobot app — I could start a cleaning session while I was out and get notifications on completion. It doesn’t have the strongest suction, but the Dirt Detect tech actually worked. It kept circling near my front door where we track in dirt. But it’s noticeably louder than the others.
✅ Best for: Those who want smart features like Wi-Fi control, voice assistant support, and brand reliability.
4. Lefant M210B – Budget All-Rounder with Mopping
This one surprised me the most. It vacuums well, but also has a basic mopping function that’s actually useful for light daily cleaning. It’s super compact, and the app allows multiple cleaning modes. For the price, it feels like you’re getting a lot.
✅ Best for: Small homes, tight budgets, and people who want both vacuum + mop in one.
