How to do the clue scroll picture puzzle
I’ve seen some people complain about how hard the picture puzzles on the clue scrolls are, but actually they are very easy to do once you know this simple technique.
First off, on the bottom left hand corner of the puzzle windows, there is a picture of a scroll, which when hovered on, shows you a picture of the completed puzzle. Use this to put the first three tiles of the row in the right place then find out the final two pieces and place them, in order, at the end of the next two rows below; leaving the gap next to either, it is then a simple process of rotating them into place. As shown via the picture below:
Repeat until you complete the first three rows.
Now the final two rows are a little trickier, as there is not enough free rows to repeat what you did before, what you need to do is use the same idea, but flip it by 90 degrees.
Work from the left side, work out the two that go first on the last two rows and get them onto the six square grid where you will rotate them. Shown on the diagram below, Put the top one (16) in the middle, any random tile below it and rotate the final four until the bottom one (17) is on (16)’s left hand side, then simply rotate them into place.
Repeat again for three columns, the final three tiles should be a simple rotate process until the gap is on the bottom right hand corner.
Good luck with your clue scrolls!
