For FW2015 Rag & Bone had opted to create a stylistic “short film” for their Menswear instead of a runway show, merging the classical dance style of Mikhail “Misha” Baryshnikov with the LA-based hip-hop jookin’ dance style of Charles “Lil Buck” Riley. According to Marcus Wainwright, one of the designers at Rag & Bone, “We’ve spent three weeks looking at men’s shows online and it’s repetitive and boring. We’ve seen it 1,500 seasons before and it becomes a bit disposable.” I wholeheartedly agree. Nice work, Rag & Bone.
