It’s my first post in almost 2 years, I didn’t realize I hadn’t been tracking especially for this long. I guess I didn’t really want to because I had gained that weight loss back and more, I’m now back up to 250lbs but right now I’m kind of okay with that, I’ve gained a lot of muscle mass and lost some fat.
I needed to spend some time recovering from an injury and illness, and I spent a lot of the past two years ill with one thing or another. I still am going through a lot of medical issues but I have the mental ability to force myself to go get treatment which has been a tremendous help.
I needed to get more of my shit in order. I don’t know if I’ll start using this blog again frequently but I hope to track my physical wellness a little better and I think this might help
