And, given the two were father and daughter, she wanted to make sure they weren’t exactly the same when it came to such things. (As different as Brigitte was already, she was still her father’s daughter, so surely they had some similarities… .)

there’s  not  a  doubt  in  her  mind  that  her  father  had  been...  weird towards  d.va  and  tokki,  to  say  the  least,  and  yet  brigitte  nonetheless  wants  to  offer  a  converse  sort  of  tenderness  to  the  girl,  far  off  of  whatever  behavior  her  father  offered  prior.  and  still,  yet,  she  sweetens,  lips  pulling  into  a  tight,  saccharine  smile  that  accents  her  warm  words.  ❝ i've  just  never  gotten  the  chance  to  really...  look  at  one  of  these  before.  ❞

she’s  not  quite  used  to  being  so  perceived,  not  exactly,  at  least.  there’s  a  tenderness  in  pharah’s  action,  though,  one  that  bemuses  brigitte  :  after  all,  the  older  girl  did  not  quite  have  a  penchant  for  softness  and  wholesomeness.  nevertheless,  however,  she  accepts  pharah’s  compliment  graciously,  offering  in  return  a  wide  -  lipped  smile  that  complements  the  freckles  dusted  ‘pon  her  cheeks.  ❝  w  -  well,  thank  you,  pharah,  ❞  brigitte  says  hazily,  not  quite  sure  as  to  proper  response  to  kind  words  as  such.  ❝  papa  always  suggested  i  try  anything  but  mechanics,  but  i  didn’t  want  to  back  down...  maybe  a  little  bit  of  modelling  won’t  hurt,  though... ❞
