There was one scene where Joe was just remembering his life and I cried at that moment it was beautiful and hit me right in the feels.

And something great is Joe was an average joe, a middle school band teacher, and he did what Mother Terresa and other amazing people couldn't. He helped 22 get their spark. He got 22 to want to live and see they were good enough they dont need a purpose to be ready to live. And that was beautiful.

Damn man, turns out Kaeya/Diluc is actually extremely shipable, wth they are exactly the type of ship i love. I’m just a littleee salty that the english fandom cut my love for them at the root, before i even had a chance to consider the ship

When i saw them together in Genshin for the first time i was immediately intrigued (mmmn fire/ice dynamic ❄️🔥) only to get a bucket of water aka “brothers” thrown at me, and that is NOT my slice of cake :( (no offense to those who do like it) But the actual Chinese meaning is basically found family (hello??! best trope is best), but somehow even better. And then there’s the angst in their backstories…delicious…😳 Turns out kaeluc is EXACTLY my type of cake wdyk

Also i’m glad i found the twitter thread explaining what it actually means, it also explains a lot about other chinese media i was consuming…. I always like knowing the intended cultural meanings, it makes it that much more special, and chinese culture is very rich and fascinating
