You can do it.
this makes my heart ache
Silverstein always has been, and always will be my favorite poet because he doesn’t even need words in his poem to make people open their eyes.
I live in Narnia.
“I feel very small. I don’t understand. I have so much courage, fire, energy, for many things, yet I get so hurt, so wounded by small things.”
— Nearer the Moon: The Previously Unpublished Unexpurgated Diary (Anaïs Nin)

“My grandmother once told me, ‘Relationships are work, honey, and they aren’t 50/50. Some days when I get up I only feel like giving 10%, then your granddaddy has to give 90% that day. But there is always 100% love.‘””
— Leigh Ann Lunsford (via wordsnquotes)
it’s gotten quieter around here but don’t take that the wrong way. there is no use saying that there isn’t any hurt, because there still is. but my mind doesn’t wander on all the things that couldn’t be given to me. my mind doesn’t really settle on the subject of you as much anymore. it’s quiet. my heart is quiet. my heart is learning how to just be. just be. just be all by herself. she’s doing really good.
different ryan but same mood
Does anyone else get those random rushes of motivation like, “I’m gonna be so fucking successful dammit, watch me”
Whoever taught us that closure was sitting down and having coffee with someone to talk about what happened and why it all went wrong? Sometimes closure is just one conversation too long that opens up another can of worms and a whole lot of heartache. Maybe closure is just you, on your own, deciding it’s no longer important enough to be in your life.

Found this while going through my granddad’s VHS tapes and couldn’t find it anywhere online, so here it is.
