woefulwendy:
I do, so at least I’ve got that going for me. But I love my mugs so much. I lost quite a few this past school year and it was very upsetting.
I get that. I’m like that with my instruments too.
zachariahxpierce:
That’s one word for it. Yeah, they will be.
I was trying to be polite...
mxelizarose:
Music history sounds like it would be really fun! Are you a music major?
Music theory and composition, yeah. What about you?
woefulwendy:
That’s quite lucky, I just hate packing because I worry about the safety of my mugs.
Do you have like.. bubble wrap to wrap them in?
Getting everything together since the summer has arrived and it’s time to move out of the dorms until the next semester rolls around really makes me wonder if I actually need all these things or if I should, perhaps, look into getting rid of some of them. Like clothes I haven’t worn in a while, for example. Though I haven’t decided what I’d do with what I got rid of. Donate it, mostly, I guess. Perhaps sell some of it? Is anyone else thinking about this sort of thing and feeling the same way about their belongings as they pack them up?
Thankfully home is close enough for me that I can just take stuff there through the year when I need to, so it’s not one huge move.
sweetxlittlexkurt:
That is true.
How’d you do it?
zachariahxpierce:
Yeah. I guess it was more so I am using it as an excuse to avoid my mother but either way, getting some education.
That does sound sort of problematic, but still the classes will be good for you anyway.
fernedfeather:
Hey, don’t be sorry. I’m still not used to befriending boys!
We can be scary as a species. I try to be a nice one though.
beaminglace:
It definitely was not.
That’s upsetting.
mxelizarose:
That’s great news! What are you going to be taking?
A music history class and an English lit class. Just to take some of the load off for next year.
Well I’m officially staying in NYC for the summer! Except for a short vacation. And until my intensive starts, my schedule is wide open! Please tell me I’m not the only one who will be here…
I’ll be here. I’m taking some classes and... well, I live here anyway.
fernedfeather:
I think that I would like to, very much!
Alright. Cool. Sorry, I’m still getting used to this... making friends thing.
beaminglace:
It smelled like pee so I don’t know.
Oh... god. Was it a diaper bag?
Things about New York I do not appreciate…

Over packed subways, stinky bags in my face, and meat heads thinking they need to save a girl whose quite capable of saving herself!
I wonder what was in the bag...
I am considering taking summer classes so I don’t have to go home. That’s kind of sad, isn’t it?
I’m gonna take some. Not for the same reason, but still. I don’t think they’re all that bad.
fernedfeather:
Or you can just take it on your own and show me the results?
Oh, no. I mean, we could. If you wanted.
