I think the reason why Sua didn't go after Mizi when she saw the zombie was because she was in shock and the fact she knew she would still get to Mizi one way or another (coming from her obsession)

She knew in the end they would still be together one way or another because she could always figure out how to get to her, she most likely didn't want Mizi to get infected but she knew it would be ok because she would do anything just to hold Mizi's hand again. She could've thought it would be better off with Mizi being infected because she wouldn't get so hurt from the kpop industry because they wouldn't "want her"

but thats just a theory a game theory- Im sorry I'll stop 😭
