I have like three eggs and some peanut butter. I still haven't gotten my snap appeal approved, so still no funds on my EBT card. I need to submit more documentation to them and then wait for them to review it and make a decision.
my disability application got denied because when I saved my progress, it submitted a partial application even though that is not what I diiiiid. so I have to start over. fourth attempt lfg? I guess?
I have to find a new therapist, mine kept having to call out, was on meds that made them unable to find their words (what they told me), and I generally felt like I wasn't being listened to after a while. (been with her for ~two years with a gap or two)
the big gaps in sessions are also not helpful for my disability application
I am going to be put on the chopping block as far as insurance goes at the end of this year unless I have a successful disability certification
adderall shortage is acting up again and I haven't had my ADHD meds for over a month again
I owe my roommate a chunk of June rent and still have to pay July rent
$130 utility bill due tomorrow or I lose payment plan and service gets disconnected
I have like an aggregate of $1.70 if i ignore my -$5 checking account
I am in full survival mode trauma response freakout loop and basically can't do anything but watch tv, play video games or sleep. but that only lasts a bit before the anxiety is back and I'm in guilt loop
I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop / straw to break the camels back or whatever saying fits best here
oh also my mom said she could probably help me at the end of the month and then she got a new dog. she hasn't told me she can't help yet but I'm just waiting for that and also having to tell her that I understand why and get it etc etc

psych appt in a couple hours and hopefully we can make some adjustments to my meds that can help me keep a level head and work on the things I need to xmx
