icon size: 60px but you can edit 100px, will work just fine

you can use 1, 2 or 4 icons

posts: 400px

if hover tags

if show borders ( sidebar and posts )

if show description border

if show title ( you can edit background, color and shadow )

sidebar size is fixed, if you use long description with icons 3 & 4 it will overflow the bottom and will not be good

text-shadow, that’s an option too, if you don’t like you can just disable

THEME 01 WHY SO LONELY by calem @pb9!!!!

im super excited bc this is my very first theme!!! it looks very good i think and also i tried my best to make it super customizable yet mega easy!!! here are some features:

header: you can show/hide the avatar, title, & description! u can also choose an avatar circle

posts: u can choose the list styles!!!!!!!! u can also customise the read more & choose if you want the whole blog to be in all lowercase bc #aesthetic

probably the coolest thing: it’s an all in one theme, meaning you can put all ur links on the same page and ppl can see them without waiting for the page to load n stuff as u can see in the preview! the only downside to this is that theres just 3 custom links, but if u need to u can just use regular pages!!!

Background Tutorial

requested by ion4ever. sorry it took me so long to do this for you but hopefully I was of some help? 

Notes:

I use CS6, and this was mostly done with default hard round brush at around 50% opacity or higher, 100% flow, and size pressure on. I made some random brushes for the greenery by modifying the default ones.

always use a large canvas. I go about 3000px x 3000px.

with enough practice, painting backgrounds like this will be a fairly quick affair. this one, for example, took about 30 minutes? it’s just a matter of time/experience. :)

My Pokemon Sun/Moon guidebook came in yesterday, and I was so happy to see that it showed me all these options. Since a friend wanted to see it too, I decided to take photos of the guidebook and post it here for anyone else who is curious!

Some things aren’t available until post-game, and some colours are version exclusive (unless you connect to another version’s dye shop I think? I can’t remember for sure).
