Harder Kulm - Suggiture - Augstmatthorn - Lombachalp 12 km | Ascent 1100 m | Descent 650 m | Time - 6 hours A hike that I wanted to do for 4 years, but it just didn't happen A hike that I hated and loved at the same time A hike that tested me so much mentally and physically A hike that raised a lot of questions and gave me a lot of answers A hike done when I am not in my best shape, but it made me realise, that with grit and determination, it doesn't matter how you physically appear, you can do it, when you put your mind to it. People often judge you by your appearance and it's wrong! We are all worth more than what meets the eye. This perception should change. If you want to know that person and what's happening in their life, all you have to do is ASK! I always like to finish my hikes with a Vrikshasana (Tree pose) because it gives me a sense of patience, stability, being deeply rooted and unshaken from all the forces of nature.
