Confusion painted Aisha’s features, never the one to favor or lose time on small pleasantries – why was she turning around? There was no shame to female body and Aisha didn’t mind being almost bare. Nevertheless, she accepted the offer and draped the jacket over her shoulders, finding it nice that the sun wasn’t burning right into the canvas of her back anymore. Forgetting to express her gratefulness, she instead focused on the way girl’s body shifted opposed to hers – her defensive posture and high on alert eyes. Almost doe-like, they were; so innocent, similar to that human girl she’d met not so long ago – Aimee. She’s never killed someone, Aisha figured “You’re only the third of your specie I’ve met in this town, the last two trying to kill me.” And yet, she was the one left standing here, in front of her – that was the message she tried to send. Though she didn’t initially react to it, she now remembered what the girl had told her. Making a step closer to her, she extended her hand for the other to take “I’m Aisha.” Without wasting any time to wait for her response, she continued “You mentioned some kind of remedy. For the morning-after. If it’s the werewolves you’re talking about, is there a way I could obtain that remedy?”
She didn’t expect gratitude from the Vampire, but being nice was sort of her thing. Her lips parted at the mention of others in her species making the attempt to strike down this vampire; and by the look on the woman’s face, she guessed that the vampire had won.  “I guess some of my specie don’t know where they land on the food chain.” She gave a small shrug, Mariana had personally never purposely hurt anyone but was so used to seeing people mysterious disappear or die. She had rationalised the reckless behaviour of some supernatural beings by believing it was the natural order of things. She reached out and took the hand of Aisha, saying the name over in her head so she wouldn’t forget it. She gave her hand a small shake before taking hers away rather quickly when Aisha continued. When she mentioned the remedy, Mariana’s grip tightened on her small shoulder bag. “I mean, yes. If you are looking to give the remedy to a werewolf.” She said, wondering why the vampire would want to help a werewolf, she then thought that perhaps she wanted it for herself. “I wouldn’t suggest consuming it yourself. I create it purely for the consumption of wolves, though I’m pretty sure it would help a vampire —the side effects could be just awful.” She explained, she knew some of the ingredients in a potion like this could cause some nasty effects to the wrong species.Â
