Smokey Chilly
Since Malika put out a call for CHili recipes I decided to publish mine (it’s good but needs tweaking Ingredients 2 pounds of ground meat 1 pound of shredded Meat of a different type (i usually use CHicken) 2 cups chopped onion 2 cans of corn 1 Can of refried beans (preferably black bean) 1 can of green chilies 1 Puck of Abuelita Chocolate 20 ounces of liquid tomato sauce salsa etc. 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder 4 1/2 teaspoons chili powder 4 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper to taste Directions Cook meat and onions until the meat is cooked and onions are tender. if necessary, drain fat stir in corn seasoning and liquid heat to boiling and let stew for 2 hours minimum Servings 16 aprox
