I was supposed to watch a movie with a friend today but on my way I started getting anxious. I suddenly felt like I COULD NOT go in the theater. I started panicking at the thought of sitting in the dark with a lot of people, how cold the space is, how closed it is. I was mildly shaking as I was waiting for my friend and it took me a while to calm down. My friend was understanding about the whole thing but I feel like shit because of it. We've been planning to watch the movie for a while and I let her down. I hate it.
