We have confirmed that date now directly through information provided by the studio, Entertainment One, to the home video retail sector. The info from eOne also contained the above-quoted "back of the box" description (in italics, which says "Season 6"...but it's the exact same thing as "Season 5, Volume 2," so no worries: you're not missing anything!). It also has a U.S.A. list price of $39.98 SRP, same as the suggested list cost in Canada. Furthermore, the studio has provided the package front cover art shown below.
