Dear Mum #1: The first night

Oy, it's been a long day, the trip here felt like it was never gonna end but I finally made it to the academy, the place is beautiful it looks like a paradise of what I've seen maybe one of these days I can ask a Dom to show me around.  As amazing as this is I can't help but feel a little homesick. I miss you so much. It's weird not being home with you.

It wasn't really a bad start, I think I made a friend already at least I hope we can be. His name's Kurt. He is also a sub like. He's been really kind to me and I really like his singing voice, it's really great.

Everyone has been great, my only worry is going to classes. I really hope the teacher doesn't call to read or answer questions. I'm afraid that I'll embarrass myself, and they might laugh at me. I wish I could skip them but I would probably get in trouble, that wouldn't be good for my first day.

After Rory had brought Kurt out of his thoughts, something that could have been very bad for him if he let himself get too far into them he stretched out his feet letting the water lap up his legs and sighed before shaking his head “You did scare me, just slightly startled but it’s not your fault. yea I’m alright just missing home I guess” he said softly giving a one shoulder shrug “Missing my dad” he said figuring it would work. kurt nodded “that’s me. Thank you, I’ve been singing as long as I can remember.” He stated before looking up at the sky “it’s a big change, coming here.”

Rory frowned a little. "Oh I'm sorry" He apologized then watch the other for minute and looked down at his hands. "I know what you mean, I miss mine too and my mom. I just wonder what she's doing right, it's weird being far away from her" He replied and he finally smiled. "Singing is a great way to help you feel better maybe when can sing something together." He suggested and sighed. "It really is."
