It’s Labor Day! That means a lot of schools and workplaces in the U.S.A are out for the day! This could be a good thing and a bad thing if your on a diet. One things for sure I try and take advantage of this day to catch up on school work and keep track of my diet.
I had a late morning and woke up at 11:59 I fell asleep as usual on 10:30 but my cat kept on waking me up which resulted in the late wake up.
1 black coffee (Nescafé brand)
~~~In betweenen breakfast and lunch~~~~~~~

1 homemade tostada (with boiled chicken, ice berg lettuce with a bit of lemon and salt and a half a tablespoon of sour cream)
(And I periodically drank through 22 ounces of water mostly in the beginning I had about 2/3 of my water then finished the rest of it as I finished my meal!)
Will add up to about 250 calories!
And, to all my Mexican girls who are having so much trouble restraining yourself from eating the entirety of your moms cooking here are some of my lunch tips-
- Cut your meal down to a half of what you normally eat. It will be easier to slowly ease into your diet and will be so much easier to lose weight.
-Drink a cup of water before hand, it will fill the other 1/2 of the meal that you’ll miss, and will be easier to eat less.
-Eat slowly, you will be able to restrain yourself much more as well.

And periodically drank 22 ounces of water throughout.

Finally I finish the day off with another 22 ounce water and a Green Tea 🍵
In the end I ended up eating 552 calories and drinking 11 glasses of water! I had no time for exercise and this is about 100 calories than normal but it is a holiday!
