The whole town had been forever rocked by the events of the wedding but Rosalia didnât feel much of anything. She had her people she cared about, those that she wanted to keep safe but for the most part they were fine. The brunette and had never been an overly empathetic person. She wasnât the type to cry over someone she barely knew or be worried about people she hardly spoke to. The only person she could think about was Fletcher, making sure that he was okay was her number one priority. As soon as she was safe and had managed to get other people to safety she made her way to his place. Without bothering to wait outside, she made her way in with the key sheâd made herself months before. âFletch! Are you here? Are you okay?â

William knew as soon as he heard Juliaâs cries cut through the other screams what he refused to accept was true. His mind replayed the moment in slow motion; the way Kate Montgomery sprung in to action to save her sisterâs life. Why hadnât he jumped instead? Either towards Julia or towards the motherfucker Volkov. Blood must have blood, that was the only thing heâd said that resonated with William. The Vipers werenât trying to get even because Vasili had lived, but he was sure this was not where the war ended but where it began. Unfortunately the burden of keeping up appearances weighed on the shoulders of the Scorpion associate as he was held by what he could only describe as a slimy snake. It was only a moment before he was throwing the hand on his shoulder off him and fighting back, throwing punch after punch until the man stayed down. If anything heâd chalk it up to survival skills and adrenaline, two very real reasons. Rosaliaâs voice directed at him got his attention and he walked towards her catching the gun she threw with ease. If he had to run in to anyone he was glad that it was her. âWhatâs the plan?â he asked giving her a slight nod as if to say he was glad to see her okay. Then he was shifting his gaze around them trying to see what members needed their help.
Rosaâs mind wasnât focused on anything that had happened throughout the night. Not the Scorpions held at the mercy of the Volkovs, not Kate being killed, not the chaos that had ensued after, not of it mattered to her in that moment, What happened were the scorpions and civilians still in the room that needed to get out. The assassin didnât want to admit that she didnât have a plan. She was running on pure survival instinct and adrenaline. After a couple of seconds she managed to clear her head enough to think of something resembling a plan. She took a couple of steps towards William, not wanting to yell and out them more than they had to be. âOkay. So we work on getting us and our people the fuck out of here with as few causalities as possible, and we kill whoever we need to in order to make that happen.â There were also a few civilians she wanted to see safe but the Scorpions came first. They had to be the main priority.Â

âAnd youâre gorgeous by the way.â She complimented taking a sip from her glass âEffortâs better be rewarded laterâ. Carrie laughed liking the way her brain worked. âI do, donât I?â she chuckled. âI donât know⌠I had a âweâre so getting laid thingâ with himâ she pointed at Ethan in the distance âbut heâs got a thing with a friend of mine now so weâre friends too and Iâm not going there.â Carrie said, having decided she needed some girltalk and why not; sure there were things that could kill her if she talked about them while others wouldnât. âMost weddings Iâve been to, where either snobbish or the booze was terrible.â The blonde shrugged âI think weâre good here.â
âOh I know.â She winked. Rosa wasnât an overly cocky person but sheâd put too much effort into her appearance to not think she looked amazing. âYou donât look too bad yourself you lil hottie.â She looked in the direction of the man she was pointing, recognizing him immediately. âOh, I met him in elite once. Fun night.â She laughed thinking back to it.  âYeah, itâs not completely terrible so far but the night is young I guess. Want to go get another drink or something? My throatâs dry already.â

Who: @williamxwalkerââ
Where: the wedding | after the plot dropÂ
Rosa didnât like having a gun pressed to her head in any way, it went against all the training she had and every instinct in her body. Keeping her body still and not whipping out her gun during Isaakâs annoying speech had taken every once of her self control. The speech was more boring than the whole wedding ceremony and more dry than sitting in church for 12 hours, and sheâd done that before. Sadly one of her foster families were very religious. As everything was happening she mirrored the actions of the civilians around her, making sure to blend in as much as possible while still itching to reach for her gun. When they were shocked she was shocked, when they cried she forced tears down her own face.Â
It wasnât until all hell started to break loose that she finally sprung into action. In less than a second her gun was out and she was shooting at the nearest vipers holding guns to the heads of the crowd. Once she got one down she picked up his gun, looking around her for any Scorpions who might need a weapon. The first person she saw that she trusted was William. she made her way over to him, firing shots and dodging bullets as she went. âWill! Take this.â She said carefully throwing the weapon to him. He was someone worth helping, someone worth fighting beside, theyâd get out of there together.

â YOU KNOW THESE people? â He was trying not to sound surprised, but what the fuck did Rosalia have in common with the married couple for her to pull this off? Memories of her flashed before him in crystal clear vividness and heâd bet his last dollar that she was lying. Rosa didnât have friends like Julia or Gabe. They were Care Bears in comparison to the tornado that was standing before him. Not that he was in any position to discuss his being here, he didnât even know the couple until recently. Shaking it off, not really interested in knowing any more detail than needed after she explained how she knew the groom ( whatever ) he focused his attention on something more their speed. â Nothing gets by you, does it? â His gaze dragged back to her and then dropped back to opening in her dress. Danny had seen at least ten different variations of the same slit on different dresses on different people, yet aside from Wren, he felt like he liked Rosaâs the most. Only he didnât need to tell her for her to know, he let his gaze do the talking for him, tiny corners of his lips pinching at their sides. â Whoâd you come with thatâs got you cleaning up so nice, Rosie? Consider my interest piqued. â
Rosalia knew it would be a hard sell that she knew the happy couple but she didnât overly care. Danny liked to think he knew her so much, he could form his own conclusions. Even if he didnât believe her it hardly mattered, he had no proof that she didnât know them. âYouâre doing it again.â She sighed, rolling her eyes although her expression told him that she actually didnât mind it. It wasnât like she got all dressed up not to be looked at. âIâll have you know, Daniel, that I look this nice for myself. I like to turn myself on when I look in the mirror.â She shrugged. Rosa hope that Danny would like her use of his full name. Maybe it would get him to finally stop calling her Rosie. âI do happen to have a hot date but thatâs not the point. And no, I donât want to know about yours either because I donât care.â
devilchildcarrieâ:
âSomeoneâs getting lucky tonight!â Carrie teased with a grin. God, she missed wedding sex; it was one of those simple pleasures in life. âMy date is a friends date kind of thing so Iâm sticking to moral support and biting back my bitchy remarks for the night.â She chuckled. Rafael was turning out to be a good friend material and he even let her close to his kid which was all sorts of amazing. The blonde chuckled. âIâm a huge fan of bars, clearlyâ she mused in agreement âItâs what makes a wedding reception a hit or a miss really.â
âI better get laid. I didnât put on a dress and heels and sit through a wedding ceremony to go home alone. Is there anyone you have your eye on? Since youâre on a friend date that means you have free range to steal someone elseâs.â Rosa winked. There was always an opportunity to be a bad influence on someone. âWell I havenât been to many weddings but, if they all have an open bar I may have to attend some more.â
amaliascordatoâ:
âSaying no to this amazing offer is a fucking crime,â Amalia replied to Rosaliaâs first question confidently with her infamous smirk seen from miles away. Out of everyone attending the reception, she was glad that the fellow brunette took up her offer. The fellow bad influence was enjoyable, always up to no good, and super sexy, which was a bonus. âI already have it in my hands,â she put the two shots filled with tequila in her friendâs view, âso would you like one? Or another type of liquor?â
It would have been a crime to turn down Amalia Scordato, she knew that much. In her life sheâd made countless bad choices but this wouldnât be one of them. Rosalia blinked a couple of times as the shots appeared in front of her wondering where the hell they came from. âI guess I was too busy staring at you to even see them. Iâm good with tequila, just tell me where to lick.â
fireinhislungsâ:
âNot yet anyway, so I wonât hold my breath.â The male drawled as a lowly chuckle parted his lips and he turned his attention to the bartender. Her order was no surprise to the male that could probably have made an identical request. The pair had long been in sync over the years even right down to their poison of choice. Fletcher idly watched their drinks being poured before they were being placed before them, turning his attention to cast over the crowd beyond he couldnât help but exhale an exaggerated sigh. How he had he ended up attending a wedding of all things he wasnât sure, but so long as his company remained entertained and the free drinks continued to flow he wouldnât contemplate the idea of making a move for the exit. The flash of a baby blue dress on the petite frame of a brunette that felt all too familiar suddenly caught his attention and his gaze followed after them only to loose them in the crowd. Crystalline irises narrowed momentarily before he reached for the shot, a lazy smile pulling back across his lips as he shook his head. âTo what we can only hope will be an eventful evening.â He mused, raising the quaint shot glass toward the brunette.Â
Rosalia placed a hand on her heart like she was offended by the words. As though she was an innocent little angel and how date he insinuate otherwise. She watched as the bar tender poured the drinks. Throughout the whole ceremony the one thing sheâd been desperate for was a drink. One of the only reasons she was there was for the open bar and she was hopefully it would prove to be worth it. Sitting through vows and declarations of love may have been of the most boring things sheâd done in a while, made worse by her being sober for the whole thing. Luckily as soon as sheâd began getting antsy it was over and she could finally relax. She picked up her shot and lightly clinked it against Fletcherâs, making sure not to spill anything. âTo an eventful evening and you looking incredibly hot in that suit.â

Alexa was truly having the time of her life! Kieran was a fun date, and though she could tell he seemed nervous about crowds, Alexa was more than happy to try to help him. After all, he was the one who had brought her to this nice and bougie wedding. It was the least she could do. He was busy at the moment, which left Alexa looking towards the bar for someone to talk to. Though it seemed the universe had someone looking for the same thing as she was addressed before she could find someone. Alexa turned and took stock of the otherâs dress. It was similar to hers, except hers was more fuller and had two straps instead of Alexaâs one shoulder. âDamn, I didnât think I was being that obvious. But if you insist.â Alexa giggled and joined her new friend.Â
Rosalia wasted no time in turning back round to the bar to get the bartenders attention. Sheâd spent more than enough time at bars and knew how to get served quickly. Be nice, donât be an asshole, flirt, show your cash but donât wave it at people. It wasnât long before a man made his way over and Rosa ordered 6 tequila shots for them. âI figured 3 each was a good starting point, thereâs always time for more later. That good?â She asked the woman whoâs name she didnât even know.Â
fireinhislungsâ:
Attending the Marchand wedding hadnât been high on his priority list, until news broke of his sisterâs involvement. Wherever Grace went, Fletcher was sure to follow. Because when one person was all the family one had left, there were necessary precautions that were taken to ensure that person wasnât lost like the rest. It had been strange however, seeing the older Williams in such a situation so far removed from their usual lives. All he knew was that his parents would have been proud of their eldest. âYou really expect me to answer that?â He questioned, cocking a questioning brow in her direction before his own chuckle bubbled up and over his lips. âAlright, Iâll give you that much.â He added, with a shake of his head as he shot her a grin. As his hand found the small of her back he lead them through the crowd and toward the bar. âName your poison and make it double..â Fletcher said, motioning for the brunette to make their order.
âGood. See, no teasing going on here.â She winked, fluttering her eyelashes up at him. It wasnât as though she was going to spend the rest of the night undressing him with her eyes and brushing past him at every opportunity. Of course not. She would never do that. But she totally would and that was her exact plan for the evening. A smile appeared on her face at the prospect of being right. It was something she always enjoyed and it seemed even more satisfying when it was Fletcher. As they made their way through the room she could help but notice how busy it was and getting busier by the minute. She had no idea the bride and groom were so popular. Still, it meant that Rosa could press herself slightly closer to her date and she wasnât complaining about that. âTwo whisky on the rocks and two shots of tequila please. Actually make it four.â
