“Nope, the refusal of nicknames is not allowed in any type of situation, no matter how ridiculous, Ridiculous Rosalie,” he teased the female before him. His facial expression matched hers as he explained why he felt so bad for Carly and the fact that their peers would mock the poor girl. He racked his brain for the so-called nickname, though came up short. “I can’t say I recall which nickname you’re referring to…” he trailed off. A part of him was teasing her due to their conversation they were having but he really did not remember what she was talking about due to his condition. “To Carly’s we go!” the male shot up from his seat with a chuckle to follow. “Of course,” he nodded as he grabbed the keys out of his pocket and led the way to his vehicle.
The nickname didn’t really upset her, but the memories that lingered with it did. They striked a match inside her that she wanted out the moment the name slipped from their lips, but she couldn’t tell Noah that. In fact she wouldn’t burden him with more memories of their past, not when she could barely face them on her own. “ Whatever you say Noah... “ She jested shaking her short hair. “ Actually maybe you didn’t have anything other than Asher...” She commented a nickname that other people called him coming up blank in her head. “ I used to call you a bunch of cheesy ones when we were together, but other than Asher I think that’s it.” Rose stated addressing their breakup for the first time, and she almost regretted it. Shaking the sadness from her face she replaced it with a smile while following behind him. “ I can’t believe you still have the truck... Do you ever think you’ll get rid of it ?” She asked throwing a bag of clothes in the bed before she hopped up into the cab of it, memories flooding her senses though she acted like they weren’t.
