Hi, hello, hi...

Em... quick question for spiritual ppl and or ppl who know stuff about spirit guides. Where do spirit guides live/spend their time when they aren’t literally next to you?

I am asking cause “when i go to visite them”, all of them have their own special rooms. And i am not quite sure where that is. One of them told me it’s kinda in a part of a higher dimension connected with/to me(?).

The place in which spirit guides hangout when they are not literally with you is the world between worlds which I usually refer to as an individual’s sacred space. It's much like the concept of the astral temple, and Spirit guides have been known to create their own place in that space. It seems to be a place that is connected to the individual, and it's personal to them and is a way of the Spirit guides being with you while also not being with you. This Sacred Space can usually be reached through dreaming, Journey meditation, etheric projection, and astral projection.

Power nap spell: (i ma just write it in bullet points)

- candle (colors that i think work: white, purple, blue or any color you associate with sleep)

- herbs: lavender and nettle (or a herb that you would use for protection)

- a little bit of rain water and tea (camomile or your personal favorite “sleepy time” tea): you wet the herbs or candle a bit (... you can wait till it dries or just wipe a bit of before you light the candle)

- put a sigil on it (i have put my 1h power nap sigil)

- write your intent on a piece of paper and put it under the candle

- light it and go to sleep (!!!be careful! don’t burn your house down! Put it somewhere where it’s save or light it before you go to sleep and then put it out while slipping!!!)
