🍎Apple Pie Spice Cookies🍎

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup white granulated sugar

1 egg

2 teaspoon apple pie spice

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

🍎Apple Cider Glaze🍎

1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider

3/4 cup granulated OR powdered sugar

🍎Instructions🍎

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl/mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add in egg.

Add apple pie spice, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until combined.

Roll 1″ balls, lightly flatten.

Bake 9-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine ingredients for glaze. If using granulated sugar, warm until sugar dissolves then let sit until it thickens.

Drizzle glaze on top of cookies then allow to set before stacking.
