Gireahm/Miraghe
Gireahm is my longest-running character and NPC. In all technicality, the real Gireahm is now is an NPC, and the "clone" replacement is the new PC. My first run-through with Gireahm leads to him becoming a powerful druid with a heavy sense of wanderlust. But, during his travels, he willingly participated in magical experiments that attempted to replicate a person perfectly (memories and all). The product of this experiment was the second Gireahm, also called "Miraghe", a fully-intelligent construct with a mental connection to the "real" Gireahm, but no memories of his own and a slightly different appearance. This result was deemed a failure, and Miraghe was released. He lived for 7 years before joining his true party.
Both versions of Gireahm are a pillar of strength and calm, capable of remaining calm in the direst circumstances. However, they are frightened of freezing to death, and therefore wear many layers of clothing -- sort of like a stylized cleric's robe with a mantle. Also, Miraghe is not fully aware of what he is, though he has gotten hints due to negative interaction with devils -- who called him a construct. His party is now suspicious of him, suspecting him of being a traitor or a puppet of the enemy. This leads to Miraghe to feeling rather solemn and guilty for not remembering things that could aid the party (aka the knowledge of a level 20 druid who has traveled A LOT). His greatest fear is that he was created to betray his newfound friends. Because of these heavy doubts and newfound shame, he rarely smiles.
Miraghe has long deep green hair, an elfin form, and purple-black eyes. Miraghe is 6'0" and pale, with a long face. While Gireahm identifies as male, Miraghe identifies as non-binary or agender. Both Miraghe and Gireahm are fairly androgynous, though Miraghe will play both sides of the spectrum as it comes to them. Their skin is dotted with magical runes that glow when they connect mentally with the real Gireahm, though the runes are hardly discernable when they aren't. Miraghe's eyes glow when Gireahm connects to them. Miraghe would be considered very attractive, though perhaps not as desirable as Gireahm (power, money, resources, knowledge, happier, etc). Miraghe's hair is often down, but it can also be in braids or pulled back in some other way.Neither Gireahm nor Miraghe wears armor. Miraghe is currently 10 levels of Circle of the Moon Druid, and 1 level of Monk, so their Wisdom adds to their AC. His preferred wild shapes are snake-like or have scales. His favorite spells are heat metal and moonbeam.
Miraghe's Notable Items (that could be included): + Gauntlets Of Ogre Power, wrapping up their inner robe but not the outer mantle/robe + A Belt of Returning, which closes a cleric-ish looking robe. Connected to this is: - A Dagger of Warning - A Blue Beer-Sized Bottle, which contains a magical tower, only accessible by a ring. - The gem-studded ring that connects to the tower (worn or connected to the belt) + A ring of protection + An amulet or pin of the God Ilmater + A forehead circlet crown, slightly covered by their bangs
In this business, it’s either fear or famine.
Reflection is full of answers if one isn’t afraid of sitting in silence.
