even the fire is silent 

when i ask if i am still your favorite

I was looking up at the sky just to realise the stars always had been a part of me

Ruins 🌊

My soldiers lie on the ruins of war

Their eyes are open but it’s their wounds that weep

I want it all back ; all I can keep

Save the soldiers standing still

These soldiers and my heaven is all the love I see

Stay strong

I hear the vultures mocking me

Back in 1901 , Paris , thinking of cafes . A pool of light in the night accompanied by the shine of Eiffel Tower . A man in a corner in a café , staring at his glass eyes filled with nothing , everlasting nothing. The face is shining with loneliness fueled by his drink . His eyes have bags under them like the ones he has been carrying that burden for days without drowning them in his dreams .

Even though it wasn’t a familiar site to the world but Pablo Picasso washed away from the soul of the world the dust of the high society life with his brush to tell the story of the Absinthe Drinker which otherwise was imprinted in Invisible ink; seen still unseen
