Tried a different pencil to make him look soft. He’s doing the pondering artist pose. I do this sometimes when I’m considering what pose to draw.

Scaramouche from Genshin Impact. I spent more time on this man than he deserves, lol! It was seriously a lot of fun to draw his face hands and hair, but if I never draw his outfit again it will be too soon.

I took a long art hiatus. I finally feel like I’m getting back into it. So that’s good. Also, I really am super proud of this one. Started using Clip Studio Paint, and I may never go back to another program.

Ok, so someone wanted art of Fire Lord Zuko wearing a Water Tribe necklace.

At first, I was really torn between choosing a Japanese actor or a Chinese one, but after realizing that all the Japanese actors I know are far more progressed in age, I went with Xiao Zhan, who is a personal favorite of mine from China. I think he suits it perfectly. I did thin the one eyebrow though for the character, which is a little sad, because Xiao has some perfect eyebrows.

Haha, so this was for a Zuko/Sokka pairing request, and when I designed the necklace I thought about Sokka making it. He's a hopeless romantic, and a part of his growth in the series was his acceptance of other cultures. I think he'd want Zuko's nation to be represented in the design along with his own. Therefore, I had the Water Tribe symbol flow into the Fire Nation's. I kept any imperfections I made in the design to highlight that Sokka made it with love, not profound skill.

Finished Beelzebub! I’m happy with how they turned out. Put them together with Gabriel for a little comparison as well. This was a lot of fun.

Also, I can’t believe I thought this whole time that Beelzebub had red eyes...Not sure where I got that from...And I’m regretting just a bit not simplifying Beelz’s outfit more, lol!

Is there a fan name for their pet fly? I love their little “not so little” fly. Wanna pet it.
