I’m the worst, but I haven’t watch anything new on there in years. But I like Disney Plus for the nostalgia. I believe in your taste though– I have to imagine I’d feel the same way if I gave it a shot. What was the last thing that disappointed you, Mimi?
Oh, I don’t blame you. I haven’t really been watching the Disney channel all that often, mostly been watching the Ladybug series, but that’s about it. Most of the shows I used to watch, have been over for a while. Yeah, that’s what Mack was saying to me, I think. Thank you and I’m trying to think of the name of it, but it’s escaping me. Its just, sometimes it has this really cheesy vibe to it and the acting is bad. Though, on the subject of disappointment, the remake of She’s All That, it was a miss, for sure. I like the main guy from Cobra Kai, along the cameos from the original actors but, I don’t, like the plotline and there wasn’t no climax nor a lesson that she had learned. I also don’t like they gave the original actors new characters, who we’re supposed to care and know about? I feel like they missed a big opportunity by not going forward with the Lainey and Zack storyline that everyone had fallen in love with. They could’ve easily continued that storyline and made it where Lainey & Zack were married still, Lainey owning a big art studio and is still an artist. With the fact that Freddie Prince Jr. didn’t sign on to do the project, they could’ve easily had Zack be away on a business trip and maybe, do a surprise cameo, but maybe it’s a good thing he didn’t do the movie, he dodged a big bullet.
