I’m afraid that Monty will be forgotten. I’m afraid that people will start watching RT and not know who he was. I’m afraid that someone will think RvB and RWBY were produced by whomever is taking over the projects. I’m afraid that every fic he’s been written into, someone will read and think he’s an OC. I’m afraid that he won’t be remembered.

I know I haven’t been on this blog in a while. And I’ve pretty much abandoned this tumblr. But as soon as I heard the news about Monty I broke down crying and had to get on. Monty was such a hard working guy. I remember back when he’d stay up for like 3 days straight working and he had blisters on his fingers from working so much. He didn’t deserve this. Rest In Peace - Monty Oum. We love you, and we will never forget you. <3

Whatever you’ve been putting off doing, do it. Do it now, start your destiny today. Monty had such a sense of urgency through his life, Burnie remarked it may of been his realisation of how little time we really have.
So channel your inner Monty, and go full steam ahead on whatever you’re doing (or procrastinating). Knowing he would have contributed to us becoming better people would make him so proud.
