Imagine the Storyline with Troll/Lady Catrina had been longer. Merlin had to go into hiding, and upon no longer being the heir to the throne Arthur could leave Camelot for extended periods of time, him and Merlin could have roamed all the villages of Camelot.

But also whenever they pass a tax convoy collecting the increased taxes Arthur and Merlin could have just robbed them and giving the money back to the people.

Arthur doesn’t want everyone else to know who he is so Merlin has to come up with an answer. (Just like with poetry)

Arthur: Who I am? You don’t know? Merlin, tell them who I am!

Merlin: *thinking* This is… um, Robin!!

Villagers: Robin? Merlin and Robin?

Arthur: *panic* Yeah, uh, Robin! *thinking* Robin with the hood! *pulls his hood over his head and turns to leave* Come on, Merlin!

Villagers: Robin with the Hood and Merlin?!

Merlin: *quietly* Well done, sire!

Arthur: *angry whisper* Robin?? Robin??? You are Merlin, a bird of prey, and I am Robin?? A songbird???

Merlin: *whisper* What DID you want me to say? Should I go back to announce that you are the Prince of Camelot?? Also: Robin with the Hood?? Common people don’t have more than one name, Arthur Pendragon!!
