What if Luke after realizing who his father is now has nightmares about what happened in the past. And it reflects in his own actions he slowly looses the concept of what is real and what is not and it terrifies him that he is becoming that version of his father.

#1 -While he is very committed to the Jedi, he also is undeniably committed to his friends. He’s a a very good person. He cares deeply about those in his life - especially Anakin. I really adore how much his brother matters to him. It gives me warm fuzzies lol
#2 - he has actual character flaws. Too many characters aren’t allowed to make real mistakes - and if they do it was always through “good intentions” or a “misunderstanding”. No, they let Obi-Wan do bad things sometimes, which makes him SO MUCH MORE BELIEVABLE, DEEP, AND INTERESTING 😭
#3 - he’s Scottish and pretty and traumatized and sarcastic (I’m counting this as one)
can someone explain to me how literally everyone in Obi Wan’s life is either dead or evil or completely out of contact with him

Easily the VERY MOST IMPORTANT and VERY CLOSEST person to him? His brother? Anakin? Obi wan thought he was dead and then turns out he’s a completely changed infamous sith who wants nothing to do with obi wan - other than to kill him, i guess
His best “friend” (ok maybe they were more than friends maybe he was the love of his life) commander cody? Oh yeah he tried to kill obi wan (i mean it want his fault but) and then they never see each other again
his dad - ahem I mean mentor - Qui Gon? Oh he’s been dead. Died in front of obi wan
Satine, one of his closest friends he’s known since childhood? Yeah she’s dead too. Also killed in front of him.
Dex assumes obi wan is dead after order 66, so they never see each other…
Ahsoka never sees him again…
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS JEDI FRIENDS ARE EITHER DEAD OR HIDING SO HE NEVER SEES THEM AGAIN…
