I’m posting this here so the likelihood of people from school seeing it is greatly reduced. The picture on the left is me just two weeks ago when I started eating healthily and exercising regularly and within just two weeks I now look like that picture of me on the right.

For me this is basically the biggest deal ever and I’m so proud of myself right now. It seems ridiculous but I have basically spent my whole life being teased for being fat or chubby and I’ve never really been that healthy or bothered with sports. I’ve finally somehow found the motivation to change and it feels so so good. I run for 20 minutes every other day and do 30 minutes of cardio on the days in between. I also do an workouts and attempt to walk faster than I used to when I do have to walk. I’ve also been eating no junk food or cake and I’ve replaced all bad foods with fruit and veg and low fat stuff.

I’ll probably post another comparison in another two weeks but I just hope I can keep this up :’)
