Something about jotting my own tarot readings down like journal entries to keep track of my progress just hits different. I never connected with the act of journaling until I decided it was something that would help me heal from my past through my tarot readings. I wanted a log of every card I got, of every meaning and my interpretations. I feel like this is necessary for me right now. I can't say I know myself or feel in-tune yet, but I do feel like things are clearer than they ever been, and I'm not just running from myself anymore. It's... nice.

ive been eating media junk food wtf

mind you, what i mean by that is I've found media that sparks creativity in me and nourishes my creativity

sometimes, one man's trash is another man's treasure, so i'm not saying any specific media is "bad". moreso it just didnt nourish me in particular. so ive been consuming things that are more like a sugar rush than nutritious meal, because i've just had that much of a difficult time finding media i like - and not because it isnt out there, but because i just don't consume as much media as i used to nowadays

but now that im taking the time to sit down and engage in media that makes me genuinely, wholly excited, and not just mildly entertained, it's like a spark has lit up in me. it's fucking BANANAS.
