So, how different do you think SDRA Chapter 4 would go if Nekomaru killed Gundham? Gundham said that he could be the one dead. Obviously, it would affected ch 5 as well but you know. Mostly ch 4

ooooh i love this! danganronpa hypotheticals are my fav.
- i think hajime, sonia, and nagito would be the main suspects
- hajime bc he was suspected of being the traitor, sonia bc she was getting closer to gundham which would have seemed sus, and nagito because he started acting sus after finding the files in the octagon
- if nekomaru had killed gundham, the scene would have been BRUTAL. like, nagito’s death level brutal. my mans tanaka would prolly be beaten to a bloody pulp.
- it would be so hard for them to figure out why gundham was there in the first place; this would def be the main confusion during the trial
- i def think the devas would participate in the investigation
- honestly, i do not think they would have rlly forgiven nekomaru bc he technically would have had the option to run away, and i think it would have been hard to have sympathy for him in his robotic form honestly
- sonia and akane def would both cry during the trial/execution. soda would get very upset but act like he didnt care. chiaki, hajime, and fuyuhiko would feel bad and probably a bit guilty about not having prevented it.
overall, this is fun to think about, but i def prefer gundham as the blackened bc physically he was the underdog but he used his intelligence and talent to get the upperhand. the entire case really tells us a lot abt his values and mindset, and it’s one of my fav trials of all time.
