gouache on 5×5cm sketchbook
i haven't touched watercolor in like, two decades? idk at least fifteen years. this medium traumatized my soul back in school. but i wanted give it another try, also im kind of addicted buying art supplies, so i bought some cotton papers cuz i've never used them before. since cotton paper suits watercolor best, i bought artist-grade watercolor(where was i going…?)too. annnnd yes the cotton paper swatched beautifully BUT i remembered i used to ruin watercolor because of my impatient ass all the time. cotton paper wasn't dry by the time i drew a duckling on pulp paper. guess i have to buy a heat gun too…? anyways i loved how it felt on cotton paper tho i just gotta figure out how to get along with it
