No shit. Ten bucks say we arenât going to see jack shit of the supplies gathered.Â
Seems like you're the only one with some sense.
and whyâs that?
Is anything really helpful these days?
I donât care if you did.
Then why do you care about bringing attention to my irrelevant comment?
No one really cares about your opinion, Arroyo.
Did I ask for an audience?
This supply run is meaningless.
Gag-worthy || Marcus & Rowan
Marcus shrugged away again, but this time more forcefully. He wasnât going to have any of that. Marcus already made it clear he wasnât to touch that area. But he went and did it anyway. Regardless, he had to press forward if he had any chance of getting those supplies. âNo. I just donât see the point. We both know what weâre about, so why go through all the affectionate bullshit?â
It was hard to get over the way Marc handled the situation at hand. He was so insistent on getting things done, almost as if he were desperate. Rowan loved watching people hang on last options; it often involved people approaching the lowest point--something shameful that they had never imagined they'd ever do. During such matters, as much as it seemed out of character, it usually wasn't all that far from the truth.
Rowan knew Marc wasn't there to just have sex anymore. There was something else, and although he was interested in figuring out the reason, he knew that eventually things would unwrap. The more he waited, the more he would see of both Marc's plan and his true rainbow colors. Waiting meant he'd have more facts to play with and twist. "Hm," he sneered. "You forget you're the one who came here, Ramsay. If you want to fuck, then fuck. Why are you just sitting there?"
Gag-worthy || Marcus & Rowan
Marcus gagged slightly when Rowan started kissing down his arm. Ugh. The idea of that manâs saliva on his skin was disgusting, and the first thing he wanted to do was disinfect it. And it was even worse when he went up to his neck. He swallowed his bile and kept thinking about the potential food he could take after this and the prospect of actually banishing the pangs of hunger from his gut for once. âDo we really need to go through all this foreplay?â
Marcus hated it; it was hilarious and entertaining the way he blatantly gagged. Rowan not being the laughing type retained his straight face and decided to goat him some more. "What's the matter? Afraid you'll leak too early?," he let his hand slip onto Marc's scars again, making it seem as if it was an accident. "I won't tell, Ramsay," he said, "I think you already have too many embarrassing things on your record."
Gag-worthy || Marcus & Rowan
Marcus flinched and shrugged away from the finger, putting some distance between them and Rowan. They were still sensitive, even though theyâd healed. And he really didnât want that memory resurfacing. He was silent for a moment, unsure of how to answer the question. He knew who Rowan was talking about. He knew. He wasnât sure how, but he knew. But Marc wasnât about to admit it. Especially not to him. So, he decided to play the fool, keeping his mouth shut about his relationship with Leon. And besides, he knew Leon couldnât do more than what heâd done. He couldnât outright stop the punishment without harm to himself.
"Câmon. We all know the mayorâs cruel. Nothing new about that."
Rowan shook his head giving his usual condescending smile. He could sense that Marcus knew exactly what he meant, even if he had figured the kid wasn't even sure Rowan knew their secret. He remained silent of the matter and ran his abandoned hand down Marcus' arm, giving it a rub. "Come on," he chuckled. His smile released itself as he analyzed the evidently nervous male; it was the perfect time to finally transition into what Marc had asked for--sex. His lips touched Marc's shoulder and slowly went down the trail his hand had created. Once he was done kissing, he pulled his face into Marcus' neck and began to kiss his jawline.
Gag-worthy || Marcus & Rowan
"If by business, you mean sex, Iâm sure a lot of people could get Câs in your class," Marcus replied snarkily, rolling his eyes. He didnât have the patience to sit and listen to Rowan insult him like this. But then again, there was the promise of food when it was all over. So, heâd stay here as long as he needed to, despite the verbal abuse.
He removed his shirt, not caring what Rowan had to say about the scars. He hid them from Leon, that night he gave him the snack bars, mostly because he was embarassed, and he cared about what Leon thought. But Rowan? He didnât care one bit. He was going to degrade him, anyway.
It was a struggle to find a reason for why he was agreeing to have sex with his former student, but he eventually found light in some of it. Nothing fooled Rowan easily; after seeing the two chatting in the bar and Leo's blatant attempt at avoiding the male's name, the pieces were simple enough to put together. Having had sex with his colleague in the past, it was fun to think that he could conceivably distort the mold they had shaped together. With this knowledge, he was still left in wonder why Marcus wanted to have sex with him; possibly he was unhappy, but Arroyo had his doubts; Leo was fairly good under the sheets. Whatever it was, he was going to keep his eye on Marc, as he let the boy enjoy the ride.
The scars on his back looked ugly, leaving him only to wonder if Leo had seen them before. The hideous things were slash marks that he was sure Burne could save him from, but Rowan could only guess had abstained from doing so in hope that no one would suspect he had a male lover. "How cruel he must of been," he commented, just barely allowing his index to touch the wounds on his back. His eyes examined the scars as if they were extra terrestrial creatures from a far away planet. Vague words were just what Rowan wanted, because leaving people on edge without answers made them do things they normally wouldn't--it brought the best and worst out of anyone.
Gag-worthy || Marcus & Rowan
Marcus was running out of reliable sources of food, considering that Leon was still recovering from the life-threatening knife wound during the Purge. He couldnât mooch off his suppl of snack bars anymore. So, the next best thing he could do was start mooching off of others. Well, it was more like stealing than it was mooching. Especially with his current target. He knew Rowan had a decent supply of food. He was rich before all this, or something, so he was bound to be able to swipe something without him noticing. At least not right away.
But he also knew that he needed a reason to be there. So, as much as the idea made him want to vomit, he was going to have to sleep with the guy. So, here he was, sitting on Rowanâs bed, kicking off his shoes and watching the other man expectantly. âSo, are we gonna get on with this or what?â
Suspicion rose in his brow as he watched the kid undress. It was odd that he wanted to sleep with a teacher who had made most of his high school--even resent--days hard to live. Marc had trouble with any subject really and it was to Rowan's amusement to make it difficult for him. The raven was clever and had good senses, but he was dumb with everything else and thought he was fantastic at comebacks. He wasn't all that bad, but it wasn't Rowan's job to make him believe that.Â
The cockiness that walked out of his mouth was humorous. The mask he put on may have won over Leon Burne, but it wasn't enough for Rowan to be aroused, but it's not like he really cared for Marcus. He was just fun to watch and someone to fuck, and chuck. "Funny you mean business now," he grinned, giving his head a shake and pulling off his own shirt. "If you were like this in my class you could have at least gotten a 'C'."

Why are you in my apartment??
This is my apartment.
Oh no, heâs really a killer? What a shocker.
I'm glad Wilson finally found a smart ass of his own. Perfect match.
Keep telling yourself that.
No. I think I'll respect that reserved spot for your boyfriend. I hear there's a special spot for murderers and baby daddies.
You wish you could.
I don't.
Then youâre going to hell right along with me, right?
Sure. And it'd be my luck that I'd have to share a room with you.
Youâre talking to me now. Do I have to go over this again? Iâm not gonna sleep with you.
Excessive vanity and conceit are sins, Romero.
