He doesnât know who starts it. If itâs an accidentâgravity and momentum, spinning Bakugou in his slow, tiny circles, a pendulum that brings him swinging back to Shouto, the way the universe has done to them ever since they first metâor an intentional movement. If itâs Bakugou or if itâs Shouto.
All he knows is Bakugouâs lips are on his, and Shoutoâs hands are on his faceânot pulling him closer, just⊠holding him. Shouto just wants to hold him. Wants to feel the movement of his jaw beneath his fingers, wants to feel his warmth bleeding right through to Shoutoâs own hands.

He can hear Bakugouâs heart pounding. It feels like it would have been loud enough anyway, but Jirouâs quirk amplifies it by a thousand. All he can hear is Bakugouâs heart, and Bakugouâs hitched breath, and Bakugou, Bakugou, Bakugou.

It makes Bakugouâs eyes widen.
