It is okay to deal with any of these things. Even if you have strong confidence life will happen and sometimes your self worth for example will hate a take. Self love is knowing how to build yourself back up. It is okay to have these traits but part of healing means no longer relating to them or giving them more attention. Unless that’s where you want to continue living. What you tell yourself you are is exactly what you will be. Our body listens to the things we tell it about ourselves. It’s science. So you’re insecure , but you don’t want to be insecure anymore (for example) - what must be done here is stop relating or validating the negative state we are in. Don’t looking for comfort in the places you don’t want to be
