To all the engenes out there: This is from ナンバー1のファンengene. I have been an engene for more than 5 years now. I haven't been one since i-land or longer like a lot of you have. But I want to inform a lot of the engenes out there having a hard time right now. Enhypen has and will forever be our joy.
I remember the first time I started liking enhypen on a joke cause all my friends like kpop. I slowly fell in love with their music, personalitys, laughter, visuals, vocals, dancing, and so much more. To the point of where the friends who once liked kpop that made me try, ask me why I still support kpop.
Just because enhypen is no longer 7. Doesn't mean you have to forget all those 0t7 memories. It also doesn't mean you have to force your heart to believe that enhypen was never 7. Yes, enhypen is now 6. But in my heart, I first discovered enhypen as 7. And I will forever have my heart follow enhypen as 7. That doesn't mean you should continue to make comments that enhypen is 7. This just means that you yourself should know that deep down in your heart, enhypen will be 7 for you. A quiet reminder.
I know a lot of you may think it's a lot. Trust me, it is. Especially when you find out your bias heeseung left first thing in the morning on your birthday after you did your makeup. And go throughout your day with a slightly smudged mascara from teary eyes.
The point is, if you truly love enhypen, you'll try. You'll try to make a better for Jungwon. For jay. For Jake. For Sunghoon. For Sunoo. For Niki. Because just like us, it was hard for them to move on. And I'm sure deep down they might have haven’t.
So to help enhypen mend, please stop saying enhypen is 7 to them. It makes it more difficult for them.
Just remember in your hearts, Enhypen is 7.
