Ah right, I should probably give a little bit of context for this one!

I was going through some of my references images (I have a billion trillion of them, you know how it gets), and stumbled onto this one.

I... I don't know who this is. Where did he come from? Why did I screenshot this? When? Most importantly, why? This is such an odd pose, I can't see myself using it for anything. And what is up with this eyestrain of a background color??

But yeah, I got inspired and decided to put it to good use! A silly art every once in a while does well for the soul.

What do you use to do your pixel art?

Primarily Aseprite! It's like 20 bucks on Steam, I think? A very good program imo. It's also not uncommon for me to make a digital sketch on Clip Studio Paint, and then use that as a base :)

Yeah, I should probably give some more context on this piece: I've been playing Kenshi again as of late! I'm trash at it, I hate it so much, it's such a great game.

Anyways, I was making a new character a couple of days ago, and told myself "mmm, why don't I experiment with the character creator a bit?" and then "mmmmm, what stops me from using this as a base?"

And so came to be Jurgen Blader, the certified cool guy. He's such a dude, I love him.

He's probably going to perish! Really quickly! I intend on going to the fog plains. Wish me good luck :)
