Lovely morning for a swim. (at Gosfield LAKE Resort)
Getting out there in the new sun. Time to do some #halfironman #training just before mother's day really kicks off. The heart rate was way higher than it should've been and 5he pace was still way slower but it is just the start of my training even if I am a little late starting. The Monster Middle event is only in about 20 weeks time. . . #triathlon #garmin #fenix3 #fenix3hr #run #running #trirunning #gopro #goprohero #goprorunning #goprorunner #goprotriathlon #goprotriathlete #HalfIronmanTraining #MonsterMiddle17 #monstermiddletri #MonsterMiddleTriathlon @monsterracingltd
Currently feeling like I really need to do a whole truck load more of training. Which isn't really that hard as I've done none so far for this race coming up.

I’m really saddened to hear that Ed Whitlock has died.
Ed was a Canadian legend and the greatest age-adjusted runner of all time. He got back into running seriously in his sixties. He ran a 2:54:49 marathon at age 73 – the fastest ever by anyone 70+ and just this past fall he ran a 3:56:34 marathon at 85, making him the oldest person to run a sub-4-hour marathon.
He was a fixture of Toronto area races and an inspiration anyone who’s ever thought it was too late to do something amazing.
He’ll be missed in the running community.
Almost done.
Far too many good films to mention.
Wow! Just... WOW!
I must get an album of theirs.
Trying out a new recipe. Cheesy chorizo chicken and spinach. It turns out that @thebodycoach is right, it is mega tasty!
I can’t believe that I didn’t realise that a new season of Lucifer started last month. It’s not actually all that bad.
I love the way he does this.
I had almost forgotten about this race. I must do more fun ones like this in the future.
My first blueberry & banana protein, post workout, shake was actually amazingly tasty. Not having to get up and go into work means I can actually do these things without having to get up stupidly early. I love the holidays.
