Kaminari is a petty criminal and more of a anti hero. Shinsou is an underground hero. Kaminari keeps on committing crimes in Shinsou’s patrol area because he wants to flirt with him. At first Shinsou is annoyed by Kaminari and tries to legit catch him. Kaminari always gets away. After awhile Shinsou learns Kaminari isn’t to bad and stops legitimately going after him. Of course he goes after him because he has a reputation. But it’s more of a game the two play.
