These are examples of shallow depth of field that I can use creatively in my work for video as well as still images. Also using my vintage lenses with macro extenders I can do really close up macro work, this will be particularly useful when it comes to showing the stamps up close

I really love this interview. I think that my interview has similar characteristics as there is a lot of macro work and only the subject is speaking.

Phillip Bloom 

Born may 20th 1971

filmmaker, cinematographer.

He is known for his work using DSLR’s for film making and also his digital cinematography

He has worked with the discovery channel. Sky One, Lucasfilm, as well as many other major film& television companies.

Due to his work he has worked with all kinds of photographic and video equipment. 

In the film “Red Tails” he was the cinematographer and used the Canon 5D

In 2012 He was the first cameraman to use the Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH3 Micro four thirds camera system. Using this camera he shot the film “Genesis”
