sigh.. so, i haven’t been on here for a while, nor have i posted in..months, and as you can see by my last post, i haven’t posted anything site related in a really long time. it’s no secret that i recently had another baby, so my life is just not suitable to be running a roleplay site along side raising 2 little ones. maybe in a few months down the line, i will change my mind and make a comeback, but right now, its not the time for me to even try and focus on bringing content out - whether it’s content i’ve always done or something new. thank you to those who have supported my site through the years, i really appreciate it!

JUST A LITTLE PSA

i haven’t been on a lot recently, i have been very slack on the content. a couple of times i have planned to start a segment, but then either forgot about it, or thought it’s been too long to bother with it anymore. i don’t feel like making premades - i feel like i’m constantly working on a new PSD for them, and the PSD only working/looking good on a couple of pics then feeling very unsatisfied with what i’ve made, it doesn’t help when, i will make a bunch (a couple of sets) of a certain person, then not even a day later, people asking other sites for premades of the same person, it makes me feel like my premades aren’t worth using/good enough. i used to really enjoy making premades, back when i first started my site called haay roleplay, my inbox was always full of premades requests and it felt great, people actually used my premades. and now, i get some requests, then when i make the premades, they don’t get used. it makes me feel like the time and effort i put into finding and making pictures into premades, is just pointless. i don’t know if it’s just a creative rut i’m in, or if it’s my pregnancy hormones or if my premades are just that bad, either way, right now i don’t feel like making them.

i am aware that i still have premades requests in my inbox and other segment info/requests, but i personally feel like emptying the entire inbox, and starting again. i also feel like not making premades at all - every site makes premades, so it’s not like anyone will miss mine/one site not making them.

i want to continue to do segments and make/play games on the site, so if you can think of something new for me to do, please let me know!

however, i feel like this site is just a huge flop, and that no one cares enough to be involved in anything i try to do. i’m starting to want to take down my site and just not bother at all. i’m not sure how long this feeling will last, but right now, i’m unmotivated.

* we are only allowing those with 3 or more nominations for their title/award, this is so we don’t end up with around 10 nominee’s for some categories, for example, in the past i have had around 15 different names just for ariana grande of rp, and that’s just too many.

we will be posting updated versions on the list, with a count of how many nominations each nominee get’s, this is so if someone who has less than 3 and you want to nominate them, you will know they will get into the voting round once they have enough nominations.

i hope this isn’t too complicated, but if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. as this is a sideblog, anything that get’s sent into the inbox will appear inbox for @rprevealed

Staying cool in the summer while pregnant

your temperature rises while you’re pregnant, so the heat is going to feel twice as worse and hot. clothing - i like to wear light and lose clothing. there are probably maternity clothes that are for the summer, but i tend to buy clothes i’ll feel comfortable in after pregnancy. if you’re not too big yet, and can still fit into clothes you already have, it’s a bonus because you’re saving money! clothing such as leggings would be a lot more comfortable than tight or high waisted shorts. going outside - i always carry a bottle of water with me, i have a litre bottle. i also like to have a snack or two, i’ve been getting hungry more often than i used to, and if i don’t eat i start to feel sick, so they are a must for me! depending on how long i’m out for, i might take a light jacket and if i’m wearing shorts or overalls, i take a change of bottoms too, in case it gets cold later in the day or if it’s a colder night. staying at home - some days you may look in the mirror and think you look really tired and drained, and want to put on a full face of makeup so you feel more you. i usually just put a bit of makeup on around my eyes to look a little more awake, and leave it there, otherwise i’ll start getting really hot and clammy and then my makeup doesn’t look right. meals - i try to eat when i start to feel hungry by making a small snack that’s not too heavy or that i have to cook. standing over and cooking in the heat is horrible, you feel crap, and really hot, so i try to make meals that involves as less cooking as possible
