Blog will contain untagged triggers, undescribed images, and nsfw. I don't tag anything it just costs too many attention spoons unfortunately!
Hi! I don't have a name yet, still deciding. I am autistic and speak odd sometimes, and also am a system, we don't really differentiate ourselves publicly because it makes us anxious. Bodily/chrono adult. Any pronouns. Severe chronic pain which melts my brain frequently. Polyamorous relationship anarchist.
My favorite animal is the red siphonophore (Marrus claudanielis)! I love eating a ton and being fat, weed and psychedelics, stained or colored glass, leather, and ceramic sculptures. My dream is to become a body modification artist specializing in species affirming and transhumanist mods, I'm currently working in operating rooms assisting surgeons and I will eventually do a piercing apprenticeship to accomplish this. Right now the only mods I've done (stick and pokes, scarification, play piercings) have been on myself to build my skills.
Types (in no particular order):
siphonophore, canine (coyote maybe?), domestic cat, chipmunk, spotted hyena, tiger, early homo sapiens or hominin cladotherian, some kind of insect (scolipede?)
Interests:
- biology, zoology, paleontology, archaeology
- therianthropy, alterhumanity, transhumanism, species transition
- body modification especially piercings, tattoos, subdermal implants, plastic surgery that doesn't reinforce societal norms, and nontraditional or unique body mods
- kinks and fetishes of all varieties including ones I'm not into personally
I block: blank blogs that interact with me, twerfs, exclusionists, zionists, capitalists, pro censorship, people who weaponize their disgust against others, mens rights activists/reverse racism believers/etc, most christians, if I am on your dni and you interact with me*
opinions under cut :D
* TLDR: you probably won't like me if you don't like pro-para, pro-endo, pro-transID and radqueer-adjacent people
I am a moral, religious, existential, and cosmological nihilist.
I am an intersectional transfeminist and I am inclusive of all sexualities and genders, including kinks, fetishes, transID, paraphilias, etc. I don't believe anyone is above criticism for ideas they believe that are reflected in how they choose to label themselves or in their sexual/etc practices, however.
I support systems + nonhumans of all origins and I am against psychiatry and its labels and treatments. I support anyone who chooses to label themselves psychiatrically in order to explain their lives or the way they interact with society, but I believe it causes harm to the way they see themselves and others by defining "normal" thoughts and experiences opposed to others.
Humans are animals and they are not superior or inferior to other species, we all fill a niche; I am against the idea that humans should go extinct but I believe climate change must be stopped, including if it reduces quality/standards of life for those in the imperial core. I believe all animals should have their wants and feelings heard and be allowed to make their own decisions unless they cause significant undue harm to others. I am not opposed to eating meat or animal products and I think universal opposition to such is unethical, but I think factory farming is generally evil.
I believe children are an oppressed group that deserve full rights and autonomy. I believe in an ideal world children should be raised communally and/or choose their parents when they are old enough to communicate so. I think the school system should be massively overhauled to emphasize children's choice and health while still providing them with the education needed to understand their world and choices. I do not think minors should be subject to laws regarding CSEM possession or creation, as this allows minors to be jailed or permanently marked as sex offenders for having relationships with their peers or possessing nude photos of themselves for themselves. I believe the minor/adult dichotomy is a false one that creates an oppressed underclass based on age and should be abolished. minors should have the right to bodily autonomy, medical care, work & housing, and freedom of movement.
I am in the medical field and highly critical of it, doctors/medical professionals, and medical research and treatments due to their goal of correcting people to a "normal" standard. I believe anyone should have access to whatever medications/surgeries/treatments they want to change how their bodies look, feel, and function, regardless of societal ideas of what is healthy or normal, using an informed consent model. I don't believe there exists a treatment to change what you experience sexual attraction to or what you see yourself as and I don't think anyone should be punished socially or medically for that. Changing opinions or body image is normal and I do not think surgeons/etc should be blamed for doing procedures that were consented to at the time that the patient later regretted.
I support everyone's right to create whatever art or fiction they want, and I support everyone's right to criticize and hate any art or fiction they want. I believe intentionally putting your art where someone can see it allows them to criticize it just as much as it allows them to praise it. I think there should be spaces where certain content is not allowed, such as sexual content or content depicting bigotry, but under a capitalist system this is almost never done ethically and therefore I do not support this type of censorship currently.
I am generally against prisons, police, and militaries for groups that are not actively defending themselves or liberating others. I only support imprisonment as a solution in very specific situations where the only solution is for the person to be removed from society, (such as a powerful political leader that uses their influence to make violence against the vulnerable occur and will not change), not ever as punishment. In these scenarios I still believe the prisoners should have normal living standards for the area and not be forced to do unfair labour. I don't believe police or prisons can be in any way useful or ethical in a capitalist world that sees humans as resources to be controlled.
I am against racism, imperialism, and ethnonationalism. Race is a social construct and not a trait concretely reflected in our biology, and whiteness is an absence of racialization.
So much to talk about here, but the concept of empathizing with the people who died in the fucking OceanGate submarine is just so foreign to me. These people truly walk among us? #Amongus #Scary
i find it very funny that whenever you confront someone on tumblr for being an unpleasant or even bigoted twat ***in your own post*** you'll invariably get one of two response
1)"HEY why are you being MEAN to me??? why aren't you letting me walk all over you???????? don't you know about KINDNESS???"
2)them posting screenshots to cry about it because they don't even dare reply once they realize they're interacting with someone who isn't gonna put up with their shit
tumblr users really get shocked when they come to your post and say whatever vile shit they want and you reply with something that isn't fawning. girl i'm sorry you only interact with people pathologically afraid of coming off as rude but we're not all like that you know
"these overconsumption products shouldn't exist!! nobody needs them!! do it yourself!!!" *look inside and it's a disability aid marketed for mass casual use to make it more accessible*
another heavy handed symbolism moment: my mom has a potted sunflower in the kitchen. because it is a sunflower, it keeps turning towards the light from the window. my mother keeps rotating it so it faces inward because she wants "to see its beautiful petals and have it really brighten up the space!" . the sunflower is visibly wilting .
by the way. it never is too late to decide you want to be happy. the woman who helped me get hormones didnt start hers until she was 70, and i met her at 73, beautiful and smiling - and told me that the last three years of her life had been her favorite. your favorites might be ahead of you too. why not hang around and find out?
I think one of the missing links in the "How can you be a psych abolitionist if you choose to use psych meds?" discussion (besides the obvious and fundamental consent/autonomy aspect) is reconceptualizing things like neurochemical medication as adaptive tools for a disability, tools to help the user do something xe has difficulty doing, rather than treatment for an illness.
I have difficulty managing the stresses of daily life without becoming overwhelmed and debilitated by anxiety. That is disabling. A drug that blunts my anxiety response is an adaptive tool I choose to use to manage my disability.
I don't have to use that tool. I didn't always use that tool. When I choose to forgo that tool or don't have access to it, I just Am More Anxious.
I also choose to wear eyeglasses to improve my eyesight. I could choose not to wear them, but then I wouldn't be able to see very well. It's okay not to see very well (plenty of people don't), but especially in a highly visually-oriented society, I would rather wear glasses and see things.
I don't think of my glasses or my duloxetine as treatments for illnesses. They're tools I choose to use to improve abilities I don't naturally possess much of (seeing past my nose, managing daily stress without panic).
here's two articles about how JK Rowling just posted on X an upskirt photo of Freda Wallace, a transgender woman, after deadnaming her and misgendering her repeatedly online.
The wealthy author escalated a social media spat that resulted in posting a photo from a 2023 event at the Institute of Economic Affairs in
Rowling posted the picture taken from below because the trans woman, she said, was "refusing to debate me."
