straight people have never gone through the hardships of what the lgbt* community has to deal with EVERY SINGLE DAY

straight people don't get kicked out of their homes for being straight

straight people don't get verbally AND physically abused on the street for being straight

being heterosexual isn't ILLEGAL in some countries, where, if you're even found to be fraternizing with someone who likes the same sex, you're put to prison - or even worse - murdered. because it's illegal to love who you want to love.

i understand that you probably didn't mean it in the homophobic way you put it, but just because you're upset that there aren't many heterosexual only roleplays doesn't mean you should actually say it

a lot of people on here are probably here to get away from the bullies who have harassed them over such difficulties, and you complaining about lgbt* only rp's probably doesn't make them feel better about themselves

Rants: LGBTQ Roleplays

You what I find weird? That LGBTQ only roleplays exist (and even sometimes flourish,) yet heterosexual only roleplays very rarely exist and when they do they get bashed for being intolerant and shit. It’s such an unreasonable (and unfair) double standard.

No, I didn’t write this because I didn’t get a straight ship. I’ve not found a roleplay I’ve wanted to join in years. Yes, it’s serious because it is such a double standard. Seriously? Have you ever seen a heterosexual only roleplay? No. Why? Because every time they appear people bash them…and yet LGBTQ only roleplays appear and no one says a thing about the fairness of it. LGBTQ roleplays tend to (not always) discriminate against and/or do not allow heterosexual couples. That is a double standard. There is no denying it.
