...okay there's only a handful of levels but still pretty fun!

so far my thoughts are:

arin is the red bird

kai is yellow bird

sora is blue bird(s)

cole is egg bird

jay is bomb bird

lloyd is... his power is like kai's but can be activated sooooo he can be the green boomerang bird in spirit

I know it probably wont happen, but imagine a pre-teen Lloyd and Ras interaction. Like if child/teen Lloyd's isn't a manifestation of adult Lloyd's guilt or whatever and actually exists somehow and in Part 2 Ras has to go to the woods for some evil scheme and is stopped by the gremlin. While Ras would not hesitate to launch a child with a hammer like he's playing golf, I have a feeling he'd be the one leaving the woods crying.

I HAVE HAD THOUGHTS ON THIS, BELIEVE IT OR NOT... kinda!!!

I doooo think the Mini Lloyds are all in Lloyd's head, but the idea of Ras and the Mini Lloyds existing on their own, and more importantly with Ras, would be INSANE.

HOWEVER, my thoughts haven't been about Mini Lloyds, rather... Mini Ras...

Could you IMAGINE how wyld (haha, wyld) it would be if Ras had something kinda similar to Lloyd, confronting the way he lost his childhood (albeit in a less literal way than Lloyd) and not being able to accept it or smth like that... IDK there's potential there... Doc, Kev, HMU when u run outta ideas...

i will admit that i am biased about the "cycle of green ninjas" ordeal because lloyd is my favorite character. also don't care for the green ninja being made similar to the avatar

i'm afraid of this contradicting the original prophecy of the green ninja. the prophecy stated that one ninja would rise above the rest wielding elements of creation to defeat the dark lord (or in better words: maintain the balance)

it was so vague back in s1 that the identity AND element of the green ninja were unknown. but even after it was discovered to be lloyd, him losing his element in s5/9 didn't take away from his title as the green ninja because the title would always be carried by "the color of his heart" and not by his power

it was my understanding that lloyd being the master of life and him being the green ninja were TWO DIFFERENT THINGS

but this new lore suggests that every green ninja has always been the elemental master of life? so now the two not only correlate but one is directly responsible for the other. it just makes me feel like it undermines lloyd's dedication for the balance and his love for what he protects by stating that it was always going to be because of his genetics. i always think there's no way lloyd can be more of a nepo baby but then...

this is such a valid take, though I do have a small inkling in my bones as to what maybe they’d do with this…

FSM is the one who wrote out the Green Ninja prophecy, right? And one of the themes in DR is that hero vs villain isn’t black and white, that heroes can be mean or ill-guided and villains can have good intentions or morals.

FSM could have made the prophecy to keep that lineage a secret? For whatever reason, he wanted the next Green (whether he knew it would be Lloyd IDK) to not know about this other-realmly responsibility. Maybe he needed someone to tackle the Overlord? Maybe he wanted to undo some other mistake?

Maybe Lloyd is yet again forced to clean up his predecessors’ mistakes and learn truths they hadn’t told them yet.

Or maybe Lloyd is a false prophet? idk how that would work but anyway

currently reading -> um...... nothing currently, but I did recently get the complete trilogy of FNAF novels from the thrift :) also the occasional fanfic if that counts

last song -> "Aria" by Chrissy Chlapecka... I really want to see her on tour but I'm auditioning for a local musical so I'm probably not going to be able to... also I'm fairly socially anxious so that might not go over well...

last film -> Zootopia 2! I did end up liking it, though there were some awkward moments for me.

last series -> Not counting YouTube videos... actually, it's pretty funny, I've been watching on and off the show 'West Wing' from the early 2000s. It's about happenings in the White House and it's actually pretty funny. I usually play Animal Crossing simultaneously though so I don't always get the entire plotline.

sweet/savory/salty -> yes. I have a sweet tooth that could rival Lloyd Garmadon's, but I also love international cuisine.

tea/coffee -> Tea has to be super sweet for me, and when I want tea it's usually summer and I get it iced. I like coffee hot and cold, though I usually prefer cold or frozen coffee drinks.

working on -> being a convincing human... :,) I've been going through some shit and self-motivation is a hard thing for me a lot of the time. I did clean my car today though so that is something.

I'm also trying to do more art but honestly I cannot get out of this art block funk most of the time, and writing is kind of the same thing. But I'm hoping to get my current collab fic done then work on my next one I've been cooking up. One day at a time! :D
