The Ylivieska Church fire in Finland occurred in the early morning of 26 March, 2016, resulting in the complete destruction of one of the city's most important religious buildings. The original church had been built in 1786 and was considered a national historical landmark.

Because the fire occurred while the building was empty, no one was injured, but the structure was consumed by flames and eventually collapsed.The investigation pointed to strong evidence suggesting arson. Shortly after the incident, police arrested a local man suspected of deliberately starting the fire.

During the trial, authorities gathered evidence supporting the accusation, and he was eventually convicted of arson. The case garnered considerable attention in Finland due to the irreparable loss of a historical monument over two centuries old.

I see many Rupnow fans sympathizing with mellissa simply because she felt guilty and committed suicide. What many people forget is that Melissa was/is addicted to drugs.

Nat also mentions in her manifesto that her mother attempted suicide by overdose when she was 12 years old. Of course, this isn't entirely her fault, but after you attempt suicide, the least you can do is try to offer a good environment for your daughter, not abandon her with a verbally abusive father [And Natalie wasn't the only daughter Melissa abandoned for other people to raise. ]
